Which Supplements Do I Need for Strong Bones?

Maintaining healthy bones as you age is crucial for protecting against osteoporosis. Regularly exercising and eating a balanced diet help to support bone health, but nutritional supplements can be beneficial if your diet is lacking certain vitamins and minerals. Your Physical therapist can discuss the basic dietary intake and supplement requirement to support bone health.
