Greetings

Happy New Year from all of us at Iron City Physical Therapy.  We hope that you had a great Holiday season and we wish you all the best for 2017.

Welcome to the January newsletter from Iron City Physical Therapy.

In January we offered you an opportunity for a free exam and then we had inclement weather in Alabama!  So we have moved the date to February 10th from 11 am to 5 pm.  If you are referring a friend or family member, have them call 205-278-2250 to schedule their Free Exam.

The free exam consists of a 30 minute one-on-one appointment with the Physcial Therapist of your choice.  The PT will talk with you about the history of your problem.  They will take measurements to test how well you are moving and to test your strength.  After a thorough exam, they will give you a written copy of:

1. The cause of your pain or problem.

2. A plan for successful treatment.

The appointments are free, but are limited as each PT only has 5 spots left.  Call 205-278-2250 now to schedule your Free Exam.

We have recently added two new patient guides in our Muscle Injury section on our website on calf strains and contusions.

If you are currently suffering from any of these conditions, click on the links above to learn about the facts related to your injury and to find ways that your Physical Therapist can assist you in dealing with your problem.

Understanding Radial Tunnel Syndrome
